Kulak memesine oturan aynasal cilalı silindirik altın baton, altındaki menteşeyle serbestçe salınan sivri uçlu stilettovari mızrak gövdeye bağlanır. İnce uzun altın sütunun sağ ve sol kenarlarına asimetrik ritimle yerleştirilen dört tırnaklı berrak kristaller, metalin yalın geometrisine prizmatik bir ışıltı katmanı ekler.
