Our entire collection is produced with advanced coating technologies on a foundation of high alloy stainless steel that is sensitive to human health. The steel body provides natural resistance to tarnishing, rust and common metal allergies. |
| 2. Will the coating fade over time?

If you keep daily chemical contact (perfume, hairspray, etc.) to a minimum and do not leave your jewellery in the bathroom, the shine will be preserved for years . Just follow the steps in our Care & Usage Guide. |
| 3. Will I experience an allergic reaction?
|
Stainless steel reduces nickel release to almost zero. It is safe even for very sensitive skin; however, it is recommended to perform a short-term test on the first use. |
| 4. Shower, sea, pool – is it necessary to remove jewellery?
|
Although steel is resistant to chlorine and salt, it is recommended that you remove your jewelry before swimming or showering and dry it with a microfiber cloth afterward for maximum shine. |
| 5. How should I clean jewelry? |
Apply a mixture of warm water + neutral pH liquid soap with a soft cloth, rinse and dry thoroughly. Do not use abrasive products such as toothpaste or silver polishing cloth. |
| 6. What should I do if the ring size does not fit?

All MuffGem rings have an invisible adjustable mechanism on the back . You can adapt the ring to your personal size by gently expanding or contracting it without the need for additional size changes. |
| 7. Are jewelry items eligible for return or exchange?

Due to hygiene and coating sensitivity , if the product is unused and the box and all accessories are intact, returns are accepted within 14 days. It is recommended that you review the Return & Exchange Procedure page on our website for step-by-step instructions. |

Each product is prepared in layers in the following order: 1) Premium brand box → 2) Free gift wrapping → 3) Protective outer gift wrapping → 4) Special Cargo bag . No price information is put inside the box; only a card is added. |
