DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT

1. PARTIES This agreement has been drawn up on the date the order was electronically approved, between MuffGem, the site owner, and the Customer, who placed an order through the site.

2. SUBJECT MATTER The subject matter is to determine the conditions regarding the sale and delivery of the product ordered by the Customer from the MuffGem website, with its characteristics and sale price specified on the payment page.

3. PRODUCT INFORMATION The type, model, color, quantity, sale price, payment method, and shipping cost of the purchased product are based on the information at the time the order is completed, and the invoice/information slip sent to the Customer's email address is taken as a basis.

4. DELIVERY CONDITIONS The ordered products are delivered to the address provided by the Customer via cargo, provided that the legal period of 30 days is not exceeded. MuffGem cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the cargo company. The Customer is obliged to check the cargo package upon delivery; dented, broken, or damaged packages should not be accepted, and a report should be filed with the cargo official.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (RETURN) The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract (return) without showing any reason and without paying any penal clause within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receiving the product. To request a return, MuffGem must be contacted within this period.

6. PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE USED (EXCEPTIONS) Due to legal regulations and hygiene rules, returns are not accepted in the following cases:

  • Personalized Products: Jewelry and accessories that have been engraved, had letters added, custom-sized, or personalized at the Customer's request.

  • Hygienic Products: Products that come into contact with the skin and pose a hygiene risk, such as earrings and piercings (not accepted for return even if the package has been opened).

For the return of products other than these exceptions, the product must be unused, with its tag attached, undamaged, and must not have lost its resalable characteristic.

7. DISPUTE RESOLUTION In case of potential disputes, Consumer Arbitration Committees in the Customer's or MuffGem's place of residence are authorized up to the value announced by the Ministry of Commerce each year.

8. EFFECTIVENESS The Customer is deemed to have accepted all the terms of this agreement when making the payment for the order placed through the site.
