DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT

1. PARTIES This agreement is made between MuffGem , the site owner, and the Customer who places an order through the site, on the date the order is electronically confirmed.

2. SUBJECT This document defines the terms and conditions for the sale and delivery of the product ordered by the Customer from the MuffGem website, the specifications and sales price of which are stated on the payment page.

3. PRODUCT INFORMATION The type, model, color, quantity, sales price, payment method, and shipping cost of the purchased product are based on the information available at the time the order is completed, and the invoice/information slip sent to the Customer's email address will be considered the primary source of this information.

4. DELIVERY CONDITIONS Ordered products will be delivered to the address provided by the Customer via cargo within a legal period not exceeding 30 days. MuffGem cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the cargo company. The Customer is responsible for checking the cargo package upon delivery; damaged, broken, or crushed packages should not be accepted, and a report should be filed with the cargo carrier.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (RETURN) The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract (return the product) within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the product, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. To request a return, MuffGem must be contacted within this period.

6. PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED (EXCEPTIONS) Due to legal regulations and hygiene rules, returns are not accepted in the following cases:

  • Personalized Products: Jewelry and accessories that are personalized with text, added letters, custom sizes, or other personalization according to the customer's request.

  • Hygiene Products: Items that come into contact with the skin and pose a hygiene risk, such as earrings and piercings (returns are not accepted even if the packaging has been opened).

Except for these exceptions, products can only be returned if they are unused, undamaged, and in a condition suitable for sale.

7. DISPUTE RESOLUTION In case of possible disputes, the Consumer Arbitration Boards in the Customer's or MuffGem's place of residence are authorized, up to the value announced annually by the Ministry of Trade.

8. EFFECTIVE DATE The customer is deemed to have accepted all the terms of this agreement when they make the payment for their order placed through the website.
